This role is not nigh compassion, it is outsourced labour.

Thank you for your feedback and taking the fourth dimension to leave a review. We invest a lot in training and developing our people and are so glad to hear that you enjoyed our preparation program but at the same time, we are very sorry that the role didn't come across your expectations. Our Donor Service Consultants are critical for our Donor Centres, as they are tasked with scheduling appointments with our amazing donors to ensure nosotros have enough blood supply to keep up with demand. There are times where supply is low within Australian hospitals, which can influence call volumes and appointment booking targets. Nosotros always exercise our best to ensure these targets are realistic and achievable, so we appreciate your constructive feedback every bit this will help u.s. improve. Nosotros aim to be very transparent in our recruitment process to ensure candidates empathise that this is a role with ready key performance indicators to be able to meet the demand for hospitals nation-wide. Nosotros understand that this is a theme in some reviews, and then we endeavour to communicate the correct expectations of the role from our recruitment process; including assessments that simulate our contact eye environment such as phone roleplays. In terms of management, what y'all accept described to us does not align with our leadership principles and values, your feedback has been passed on to the relevant division and so these issues can be addressed.

More 12 years in the office,
sad, disappointing. A wasted 24 years
The good things
The challenges
Incompetent direction. No respect for the donors..they are just a number! No care for waiting times. Promotion of people if they are young. No respect for nurses with experience. Managers with no clinical experience. Rely on the nurses to back up them and make them look expert. would never recommend any one to work for lifeblood. I dedicated many years to this arrangement. No recognition of this when I left. But left every bit I could not work with the incompetent direction a moment longer
